What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is a relationship between a coach and a client designed to tap into their full potential when it comes to achieving their goals. A Wellness Coach is also someone who will keep you motivated and accountable in your efforts to live a healthier life. Wellness Coaches are mentors. You’ll talk about your health goals and set plans to achieve them within a measurable time period.

The Goal
My goal is to help and encourage self discovery and growth. I’m on a never ending journey to finding the best ways to live a happy life. Wellness Coaches are not therapists, they are mentors. My favorite part about being a coach is that I get to help you move forward no matter what you’re going through or where you’re starting from. Whether it’s to lose weight, train for that half marathon you’ve kept on your bucket list, or wanting to transition your diet into a healthier one, as your health coach I’ll do the best I can with all of my experience and knowledge to get you there.
